What an engagement includes
- Shelf-edge rail and profile fitting on existing fixtures
- Label mounting across ambient, chilled, frozen and specialist bays
- Gateway and access point positioning, working with the vendor's and retailer's technical teams
- Label-to-product pairing and commissioning using the vendor's own tools
- Aisle-by-aisle walk-down, QA and snag resolution
- Removal of paper ticketing and packaging waste
- Photographic before-and-after record and store handover
Method
How we run a multi-store programme

Survey first.
Fixture counts, label quantities and gateway positions are confirmed on site, not estimated from a planogram.

Store-by-store plan.
Crew size, materials and the overnight window are agreed for each store before the programme starts.
03.
Daily reporting.
Each store closes with a completion report and a snag list, and the snag list closes before we leave.
04.
Vendor-neutral.
Crews work to the installation script of whichever ESL system the programme has chosen and to the retailer's fixture standards.

Questions procurement teams ask
Do you work overnight?
Yes. Most ESL installations are scheduled outside trading hours so the store opens on time. We plan the overnight window with the store manager during survey.
Which ESL systems do you install?
We install to the specification of the system your programme has chosen. Our crews follow the vendor's installation script and the retailer's fixture standards rather than a method of our own.
How many stores can you run at once?
Crew count scales with your programme. Send us the store list and the dates and we will return a resourcing plan.
What documentation do you provide?
Site-specific RAMS before work starts, insurance certificates and operative certification on request, and a completion report with photographs for every store.
